We've reserved blocks at two hotels in Charlottesville. Both are great options depending on where you're coming from or what you'd prefer.

Notes: When booking at either hotel, be sure to select 'Edit Stay' to confirm your desired dates are selected. We recommend booking early, as our wedding weekend is expected to be a busy one!
If you’re unable to reserve a room within the block, don’t fret! We recommend any of the hotels in the Charlottesville area, like The Draftsman or Residence Inn Downtown. We also recommend looking into local Airbnbs.
Shuttles will be provided to and from the wedding events on both Friday and Saturday. Guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn or Comfort Inn will have direct pickup and drop-off at those hotels. We’re also looking into adding a downtown Charlottesville pickup location for guests staying in that area. Final shuttle details will be shared closer to the big weekend!

Located near major highways, Charlottesville is about 2.5 hours from Washington, D.C., and 1 hour from Richmond.
By Train
Amtrak’s Crescent and Cardinal lines provide service to Charlottesville from cities like New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C.
By Plane
The Charlottesville Albemarle Airport (CHO) offers flights from major U.S. cities and is a 20-minute drive from downtown. For international travelers, Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Richmond International Airport (RIC) are nearby options with a wider range of flights. Both airports are about 2-3 hours by car from Charlottesville, so a rental car would be recommended.
